Event Description
Opening off-Broadway in 1960, this delightful musical became the world's longest running musical somewhere during its 42 year run. Its longevity is not surprising, as the show explores the relationship between parents and children and does so through beautiful theatrical simplicity. Memorable songs include "Soon Its Gonna Rain" and "Try To Remember."

This production marks "The Fantasticks" debut with the Department of Theatre and Dance. Join El Gallo in our Blaney Theatre as he shares this endearing tale of life and love.

All performances are free to Cal U students with a valid Cal Card, but a five dollar deposit is required. The deposit will be returned upon arrival at the show.
